I'm trying to get a small ad on the back pages - "Escort Ireland - The ride of your life!" - I need to pretend we are selling Ford Escorts, so if nobody objects we'll replace this site with a picture of a car for about 10 minutes on Monday afternoon, just whilst I'm on the phone to the Wall Street Journal placing the ad and they are checking the URL.

Thats a good bit down the road i reckon as they have to integrate the laws and constitutions of all. Not as simple as its seems.

EU Proposals leading to Directives can be quite promptly agreed, the delay you highlihght is as regards member states ratifying the Directive....this proposal is scheduled to become a Directive in late 2010..... for end of 2011 ratification by Member states...
