when nothing annoying or depressing happens. They are usually the shit. Rare though.
Depends on what i need to get done
an ideal day for me is when i get what i have to get done, done and have time to spare. Happens alot to be honest.
A tip. Get the important stuff done as early as you can. The chances of doing important stuff lessen as the day goes on.

I dont usually get to sleep until about half 6 in the morning.
Im always like that. I was at a wedding last year and got home at around 5. Got up at 7.30. 6 -7 hours sleep is loads for me. I sleep very good never waking up during the night or tossing and turning.
