    Default The goodness in people.

It nearly brought me to tears this morning when listening to the radio while I was doing the ironing.
A lady earlier in the week was in an awefull predicament of having no way to get to Stockholme for a specialised cancer treatment on which her life depended. Within minutes a woman called in and said she would be prepared to drive her on the necessary ferries all the way to Stockholme and then a truck driver going to Stockholme phoned in and said he would only be too delighted to take her, it nearly made to cry to see the goodess coming out in people. This world is not all bad.
    Once a prick - always a prick.

This is very true rover, there have been some great stories through the week, people offering help, opening their homes to stranded passengers and in particular the truck drivers have been great , makes you feel good to know that there are so many good people out there.

Michael O'Leary is a good man too, he's very kindly going to pay all the people expenses that they have incurred. Who said Michael was a moron.

I agree, not as poignant as what you just wrote but i also had a gentleman hand in my laptop case this week after I stupidly drove off & left it at the roadside (dumb blonde or what lol)
Unfortunately he didnt leave any details so I couldnt thank him so I wrote a blog about how my faith in human nature had been restored, just incase he's an E-I member or viewer.
There is an awful lot of genuinely honest & caring people out there, which is nice to know
Have a great weekend everyone, Leah xxx
