Before i go in for a punt i always make sure i have the right money to save the hassle of the escort giving me change.
Is this the norm or do you think it is ok for the escort to give you your change.

I think it's better to always have the right amount. Don't want the lady to have to go fish out change for you. It's not that hard to pop into a shop on your way and get the right amount

I never bother about the change because I pay them counterfeit notes anyway (allegedly).
They are hardly gonna complain to the Filth now are they , heh heh !!

one time i met up with an escort for a half hour and it cost 120e but i only had 3 50 euro notes on me. She was able to give me change no probs.

While I usually have the correct amount ready in an envelope, sometimes I round it up. There were a couple of ladies a few of years ago(Sweet Cherri being one of them) that charged €280. As I only had €50's I put €300 in the envelope. It was still good value as she is brilliant.

There was one lady who insisted on giving me my change(€20) on one occasion.
