i totally agree county councils are a waste of money they do absolutely nothing to justifiey what they are getting paid we have the worse roads in europe and we pay the most road tax.and when the county council do get of there lazy fat arses it takes them months to do a strech of road that should only take weeks and when they are finished usually within days the are digging the same strech of road up again because they forgot to put pipes down first they couldn't plan nothing right glad i got this off my chest
