Apartment or House?

Hello Boys,

I wanted to ask your valuable opinion. I have always rented apartments in large blocks thinking that this was what you chaps preferred for anonymity but was wondering if you would consider coming to a nice detached and discreet house in the country? Obviously it would have to be not overlooked and with parking out of site from the road and definitely not in a town or village setting but a rural location.

I was thinking it would be nice to have a detached house so that my clients and I could be free to express ourselves without being overheard lol. Plus if I were to have a house it would be bigger and I could have a sensual room and a dungeon room to satisfy all my different client needs.

So any thoughts please do tell. House or apartment, you decide.

I think if you lived in detached house you would have to give more time between the clients so they wouldnt meet each other in the doorway.

Oh Pablo darling I actually don't see that many clients in a day as I do limit my appointments but I always need at least an hour between clients. I don't like to rush things, plus I like a nice shower, a cup of tea and a little time to reflect on what fun I just had lol.

I think that you need to give time to the client too as they tend to run late due to no fault of their own so really if I had a booking at say 1030 I would block out 1000-1230.

Very good policy. Some of the eescorts want to see just as many clients as possible in the short period of time, but it's no good to meet another client in the doorway. Escorts should know that we have private life too and dont want to know anybody about our little secret...

If you want to make it easy for Garda to have you under surveilance, and have a good chance of being raided, go for the detached house. In other words operating out of houses, no matter where they are is a big NO NO The Garda will tolerate alot of shit but not operating out of houses.

I understand that if more than one girl works in an apartment or house then yes it is deemed to be a brothel and if more than one girl is working out of the same hotel then it is also deemed to be a brothel.

It is as ever though up to the clients as they pay my wages, paying for my time of course so I will leave it for them to decide. Thanks though for your opinion I will deffinately make sure I have a good lawyer on board lol.

Not only the attention of neighbours what about the escorts safety? At least in an appartment theres cctv and more people around if something was to go wrong. But if it was regular and well known reviewers then a house would probably be fine. But theres still the problem of nosy neighbours and word would get around an escort was working in house. Theres nothing to stop some nutter coming to your house unannounced.

Hey Cayla, how are ya. I voted appt block for the following reason. In an appt block there is considerably more human traffic. I could be anybody visiting anybody. What if rumours got out that this private house was a 'house of lourve' . You wouldnt see me within ten miles of it. Neighbours curtains twitching as you walk up to the front door. Wuuuuuah, I shudder at the thought.
