    Default Cohabitation Legistation

Will people start to run for the hills with this new cohabitation legistation? If people arent 100% sure and
committed will it mean break ups of many more casual and convenient relationships? No doubt will be a
great cause for concern for those with substantial property assets
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

I know it does seem a bit harsh alright, almost have to move in together when you are married. Seriously though there hasnt been enough of a public debate about as far as I have seen. There are a lot of couples out there that are not fully aware of their rights. It can be a good thing in some cases and a devestating thing in other cases

On the upside, we can really hold off on the ladies trying to move in with us now and have a vailid reason for doing so
