Default New Trafficking Laws (Northern Ireland)

BBC News - New NI sex laws 'will protect vulnerable women'

And these laws came into place yesterday and were used in London
BBC News - 'Brothel' arrests under new prostitution laws

Worth noting if you visit escorts in Northern Ireland.

Bump, can't believe nobody's interested in this topic, plus I need to make a post to test if "Find all posts" by user feature is updating properly now!

"New NI sex laws 'will protect vulnerable women'", hmm, and the women who WANT to escort, what about them? Law makers never talk about them. Jeez

So its now illegal to visit A Tarffciked girl
and the excuse " I did not know" is invalid.
This should steer customers in UK away from the seedier side of busniess I would imagine
Although it could lead to rare miscarraige of justice
I mean if a punter goes to a girl and she is trafficked but theres noting in the environmnet that indicated this
and she lied is it hes fault under the law?

Is there any change to the law regarding advertisment I mean lets imagine the following hypothetical sceranioa
A Chinese tirad sets up in belfast
He traffciks thru false student visa two or three chinese girls
The girls taught they coming to work in SPAR
    He advertise them on E-I.
    RUC bust them
Is E-I commiting an offense under these new laws?

The law could chanje in the 26 counties very soon too
Fine gael a few months back with the help of labour introduced a bill to change the law here regarding
fallen angels I think it was something along the lines of the swedish model i.e. total ban
Fianna fail voted it down but if FG/lab get into power soon and there a pretty good chance it could be this year.
THey will re-introduce this, theres a guy in FG young fellow ambitous I think simon coveveny is hes name
hes h a hard on for a crackdown I have seen articles and letters a few times in newspapers by him against
the whole "time and companionship" racket
