Thanks Jack. At least that confirms Anon isn't mistaken (not that he ever is!).

    dear patrica, and felicity,
a question, is there a further sanction to an escort if she is a repeat offender?

She should have the access to upload her own pics removed at the very least............

    Hi,

We need to come up with rules for this new feature ASAP.

If the lady's photos are clearly fake (e.g. of a known porn star) the report will be approved and the photos removed.

If we have no proof either way, we frankly just do not know if the photos are real or not, we need to decide what to do in this situation. I think it would probably make sense to say, if the person reporting the photos as fake has 3+ reviews (not counting any ratted reviews) to their name or 30+ message board posts, we will allow the report. If the person reporting does not have this much history with us, we will not approve the report, as it would not be fair to escorts to allow random anonymous individuals to leave reports that may well be untrue and in fact be the work of pimps trying to hassle the escorts. In cases where we are not sure if fake photo report is genuine or not, we will not remove the escort's photos.

Remember fake photo reports stay with ladies for 3 months, so every approved one is like a black mark on that ladies profile for 3 months.

Do these rules sound fair to all?

Secondly, should we further punish ladies who are found to be using fake photos (only confirmed cases of this) by not allowing them to upload new photos for 1 month?

    Thanks for your feedback.

And thank you to everyone who has already submitted reports. Sorry we are a little slow to approve them right now. Normally we will be fast, just need to iron out the rules quickly here, so we can deal with all reports with the same rules.

As for your second proposed rule, as Luther and many more before him stated, we are disillusioned as to why this has not been implemented before where a lady has been found to continually use fake photos. I think you will find ovewhelming support for this one.
As for the reports, I would be more inclined to have the bar set higher than 3 and also rather than post amount I would have a condition on the membership lenght as you will see people that review don't always post.

    2 words.............

    Established members............

But I'm sure it can be looked at on a case by case basis...........

You'll hear no objections from me in this matter, on a sliding scale leading to a ban from ever being allowed access to upload their own pics again, for repeat offenders.......................

Is it a good idea to have a precise rule? Any rule seems open to abuse. I would leave it to Ad Staff or Sarah to judge the credibility of the person making the report and of the escort in question.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

We do already stop ladies who upload fake photos uploading new photos, it's just we don't have a speific rule about this that is implimented every time, it's done on a more casual basis as and when staff see fit right now. I think we need to set up a formal rule now and actually have it enforced by our IT systems.
