Milk Thistle - the miricle supplement????

I googled up Milk Thistle and started on it last week. I have to say that i never felt better. The stuff is brilliant and i highly recommenced it to people. Its harmless and cheap enough. The stuff i am using lasts two weeks and costs a tenner which is cheap.It cleans the liver.

Im using it to protect my liver while going on steroids for 4 weeks. The stuff i have coming in is a very strong oral and is very hard on the liver hence the short duration. I started using the milk thistle to make sure everything is fine before starting.
