Problems with system

to whom it may concern :
...............the on going problems with the site are really not acceptable.....today i tried to log on this morning.....timed out....lunch time 12.30 - 2pm .....well forget it......nothing happening ........same after 3.....eventually when i did get logged on ...i was the only one here..
and the excuses " IT personel are working on it" well.....its kind of wearing thin now.....maybe if the computer geeks are not able to sort the problem.....maybe its time to get a computer expert to fix the problem.....
ALSO while im on a rant........when im in the chat room , i keep getting logged out after 10- 15 mins....this also vexes me.....so maybe this issue can also be rectified.........rant over.............

you jammy bastard lunch from 12:30 till 2 ffs.that said the site is a real mess at the minute i could not log on either earlier....and chat is totally wonky.We need an i.t. expert to fix this problem.....JACKPOT WHERE ARE YOU?

Ok. this site has worked well for many years, the recent probs have been brief and today they seem to have been sorted, so I would like to say thanks to all those involved in keeping this working whoever you are, keep up the good work. This place has given me more pleasure than pain. We are quick to complain and perhaps to slow to praise....................

Yeah I noticed the site was running slowly a few times over the last few days but all seems OK today.
