Welcome to the boards, a lot of ladies have found posting here very beneficial to their custom but what really helps is having both Verified Pics and allowing reviews.
I understand why you may not want to allow reviews but honestly, it is what most clients look at first.
I know that if you do not allow reviews your pictures are marked Not verified so even if you posted a picture here with your post to show the ones on your profile is genuime that would help.
