I have had as many reviews go walkabout as Have actually been posted. All have got to the notification of submission stage (some have not but these I redo immediately). I believe that it is a time issue as I am very slow at both deciding what to say and then typing it. The last few times I used the paste thing and it seems to work.
That actually could be the issue
You could be timing out on the review and when you hit the submit button it looks fine. Seriously its not like anyone is gaining anything by not bothering their arse. Some ppl here are very slow typers so this could be the issue. Ber is a very slow typer. I know this for a fact. I could breed, rear, catch ,kill, cook and eat my own chickens before he is finished a post.

Right now you can't look at that form and have a fart without a log going into the database!

Same here I have done 9 reviews never seen problem, then again I tyep fast.
