To be honest I think this site has a credibility problem. I know this may not be the fault of the site administrator. However it has got to the stage where you cannot rely on the photograhs that are listed as genuine. Mia is currently an example in Dublin. Picture was previously used to advertise Taylor and it was removed because it was false. Why can't the administrator not pick up on this? The advertiser didn't even bother to get a different false picture!
The review system is also flawed. Several false reports from the same IP's. It undermines the whole thing.

I'm very prepared to accept there is room for improvement.
This week, we had a new girl start, whose job is to be an assistant to Natasha (our Irish advertising manager) full time, because we have become aware that Natasha is too busy at the moment. This new girl is only just finding her feet this week, so I'm not going to get her on here yet, but her job is going to be to help Natasha to do her's better, so I'd hope things will improve for us having her onboard.
I'm not trying to make excuses, but currently a lot of our advertising customers are taking up a lot of our time for various reasons. There are a lot of problems we are preventing coming onto the website, but I guess for every 10 advertisers we catch out giving us false info or whatever before we publish their ad, their is one that slips through the net. We think if we had another person on the job full-time, watching out for problems, talking to advertisers and explaining to them providing a good service is the way to succeed, we could do better, and that is why we have just hired this new girl.
Obviously we need to try to improve some, and that is what we will try to do.
I can't promise anyone here that we will ever be perfect, but I can promise everyone here that we will always care about your feedback and try to do the best we can.

Following internal talks, we have decided we need more staff and better communication between staff in order to improve. We have new staff already started and currently being trained, so we've got that bit in progess already. The second problem of communication between staff I will be making an announcement about very shortly. Basically, we are finding people reporting problems to various members of staff by phone, email, message board post, private message etc is not ideal - We really need all the problem reports going into one system that all our staff can access all of the time. Therfore we are setting up a central system people can report issues to, and once this is set up we are going to ask everyone use this to report problems to us, rather than PMs or other forms of communication. We will probably even make it not possible for our staff on these boards to accept PMs, in order to force people to use our problem reporting system to communicate with us about issues like this. People PMing us about problems isn't really working we're finding, because doing so only sends a message to one member of staff and no single member of staff is working 24-7 and communicating with all our other staff all of the time also. What's happening currently at worst is that I'm being made aware of a problem like fake photos, fixing it, and meanwhile the lady is putting the fake photos back with one of our sales girls!!! We hope to greatly reduce problems like this with our new system.
