What are " with with recyclable exhaust ", why would anyone want to recycle the least important part of a rocket, surely the booster rocket or the the command module or even the main thruster would be alot more valuable than the exhaust, maybe my grasp of rocket science and the economics surrounding the entire space programme are askew ....
