Where does one measure from - above - beneath - along the side ?

there is no way you can measure your own as there is going to be an obvious bias. also depends on how horny you are- cant really expect the working girls to measure either as money may have already exchanged hands !!!

I always assumed you measured the top edge of your penis as you look down.
I agree when I measured I only measured from the skin out but an escort recently commented on size and pushed the skin in (need to loose some weight ) and said should be measured from pushed in against the bone and standing up, not your penises fault your fat
