so its not ilegal to visit an independant
it is ilegal to curb crawl or to talk about fees out a balcony lol
it is ilegal to solicit your self ie advertising

other than that the cops can do fuck all if she is independant
What would happen if there was more than one girl in the apartment that you didn't know of, can they string you up for that as it would technically be a brothel ?

Pretend you're an illegal immigrant and don't speak any English... then you're untouchable.

The problem with giving a statement is you could down the road receive a summons to go to court as a witness for the prosecution, failure to appear in court is a prosecutable offence.

What they don't tell you is it is only a summons to appear in the court house, they cannot force you to give a statement or to go into the witness box, once you attend the court house you approach the prosecution; tell them you do not want to be a witness, they will of course try to persuade you to change your mind but at the end of the day they cannot force you but you must actually go to the court house on the date of the summons and speak with them at that stage..

Just keep yer mouth shut and give up nothing. (difficult if yer married and they decide to detain you but i'm on me own so I personally would just go for a stonewall).

Younger and more naive punters might find that difficult but if yer a bit older its easy enough to pull off the belligerent act (i've noticed!!)

vat= you dont have to register untill you earn over 68,000 then its complusery. i dont make over 68000 to be made to register hun

it wouldnt be worth my while registering for vat hun

only people that would volenteer for vat would be farmers where there goods that they produce are bottom line vat 0% there fore they can claim there vat back
or people that sell to customers that are more likely to claim vat back, as it wont put the customers off with a higher price due to vat as they can claim vat back

hope this helps you out betboop, want to know more about tax or vat give me a shout
hi kelly to set up a ltd is only 2 directors needed and no shareholders you can be one of these directors and be 99% holder. As for vat must sole traders have vat no. whether its in the 13% band or the 21% and farmers are the least likely to have one, just find it interesing that you can reg'd an illegal business for the purpose of tax... can you think of some of the professions strong armed robbery, crack dealer, RIRA,racketeering, and so on if you want to know more about this give me a shout

Escorting is perfectly legal in this country. It's a legitimate profession and it is not criminal. Paying for sex is also legal in this country, but this is just escorting so it's HIGHLY legal.

In America they register as "performers" or something like that.

hi.. this thread opened as when the guards come a knocking then a discussion about tax, so if it is legal then why would any body be worried about the gaurds.i know it is illegal to solicit but this site gets round that so if your seeing a independent on her own in her place why would you have to tell them any stories to the gardai, ps kelly said in a reply that she reg'd as a escort to the revenue
