    Default Is the dog a racist?

    A friend of mine has this dog the friendliest little dog ever make sure u see him coming cos he'll jump up on u he don't mind the postman either but when he sees the black guys putting those leaflets in the door for unwanted clothes he goes mental runs after them as if hes gonna eat the leg off them

    What about the owner? Dogs are very good at picking up on anxiety from their owners. If black people make your friend nervous, even subconsciously, then the dog will go into defense mode.

    If the owner is nervous around black people then I'm sure he has good reason to be.

    hope you are implying the dog has taste to stay with its owner and not what you seem to be saying

    My parents had a dog some years ago he was no racist he'd hump your leg regardless of skin color..

    I wasn't judging. For me, racism has more to do with people's actions than with their subconscious impulses. But dogs notice both.

    Yes, about a 100 million times better than we can, literally!!!!

    I think they can see some colours, humans have three cones of colour red/green/blue but they have two cones of colour.
