Thread: Postage from Northern Ireland to the Republic

Question Postage from Northern Ireland to the Republic

I bought something and I want to try and find out what the cheapest way to have it posted would be. The package would be fairly big, up to 10kg I would say.

Does anyone have experience posting a large package down south? Any idea what the cheapest postage option would be?

I would imagine it would depend on how quick you want to get it there...

ie next day delivery is expensive and if your posting it from down south to the N.I or vice versa it wont get there next day well they have no guarantee but Otherwise just send it on and and when its delivered it delivered but will take anything up to 5 working days and wont cost as much as registered post which is very expensive... But with normal post it could get lost and never be found...

Hope this isnt to much of a muddle to work through
