I agree that throwing a plant around isn't littering... you can't cause environmental hazards with a banana skin. If you throw an apple core into some shrubbery, your doing the planet a favour.

I think we should 'litter' everywhere with plant seeds. I hate all the packaging that comes with food, the packaging is littering as soon as it's made because you can never get rid of it properly.
