If you try to haggle when you arrive at the escorts appartment I think you deserve to be kicked out and never be seen again by the girl, but I don't see a problem with negotiating a price on the phone.

I've done it many times when I genuinely just can't stretch the budget to the price the girl is asking, and very often it works, more so with girls who are on their last day of a tour or who have had a quiet week. The girls who accept would obviously rather 80% of their usual price than 0%, so everybody wins.

If this were the case in every situation, they would'nt bother to teach sales executive negotiating skills. All business involves negotiating.......it's simply a question of knowing the how, where and when of it. Needless to say, you never approach the subject of money straight up, but you must bear in mind that an escort is generally as eager to get money as the client is to get whatever. Needless to say, I'm talking mainly about longer term appointments here.....the scope for haggling regarding the bread and butter 30/60 minute business is much more limited and many escorts just won't entertain it and it could put a damper on things as you have said Dirty Harry.
