    They're great and the underblankets are the best. Turn on a 1/2 hr before you go to bed and HAPPY DAYS.

    I got one with dual controls, that way if your too hot you can turn your side off, also it has 2 settings, on for 75 minutes or on 12 hours, on a really cold night you may wish to leave it on turned right down but I normally just turn it on for the 75mins till I go to sleep

    u are already covered with a duvet etc
    I love jumping into a bed between cold sheets,an exhilirating feeling
    U must be in the buff of course to get maximum effect
    I sleep all year round with the windows open,love fresh air
