LEE banned re false HIV allegations

Lee has been permanently banned by me today for making false HIV allegations.

We have been looking into the various HIV allegations she has made recently and we have found no truth to any of it. Instead we have found a pattern of Lee trying to ruin the business of other ladies she doesn't like. It is not acceptable.

Lee, you may email us anytime with any information you have about escorts having HIV. If there is any truth to any of what you are saying, please email us, and we would reconsider this permanent ban in those circumstances.

But you can't go around saying other escorts you don't like have HIV and expect no consequences. You are alarming people, we are having to investigate your claims and all we are finding is that they are not true, in the circumstances we feel banning you permanently is the only justified response.

We only ban people from advertising on this site in exceptional circumstances, normally only when we have become aware that they are engaged in criminal activity.

Is spreading HIV rumours about other escorts criminal harassment?

Yes, it may well be, but I don't have proof that Lee has been behind the vicious HIV texts etc that have been sent recently.

I only know she has made HIV related posts here stirring trouble, though not naming any specific other escorts, so I have taken the action of banning her from the message boards permanently for this.
