I interpreted that as QPH meant she got paid as in that it was the main reason she was here in the first place, to get paid more. Not that she got paid directly for being on the site.

I think I've interpreted it exactly as you meant it. That's why I found it offensive. I know that a lot of people take the attitude "it doesn't matter how you treat an escort, you can be as much of a pain as want, because she's being paid, i.e. because she's just a..."
