If you have no access for some reason when you should, PM Pauli and he will sort it out for you. Or PM any of the staff and they'll forward your PM to Pauli for him to sort it out for you. If any of our staff haven't been able to resolve this for you straight away when you've asked, it is because it is a technical matter, which is why we have Pauli (who is one of our top nerds) looking into any cases where ladies have access issues.

i was extramely worried as i have been off for one week and im back working on friday

i whent on today to check warnings and the private forum and i was denined access

i emaild ad staff and they told me that unless my advert is active and paid up on that day i can not get access

If you have been advertised in last month, you should have access. If you don't there must be a technical reason for that, e.g. perhaps you changed your email address and it no longer matches the one of your ad, or perhaps there is some bug in our system that has locked you out. I will alert Pauli to this so he can look into it for you.

I realise all these security procedures for access are a pain, but we brought them in as escorts told us they wanted the escort forums to be more secure, i.e. for there to be checks on every user every day to see that lady is a current or recent advertiser etc.

it looks like it was a little bug and it wasn't in the same time.
Problem was that the email addresses (in your client profile and in the message boards) didn't match.
Please remember that even most of the programs are forgiving, that the email address in this case is case sensitive. Means that it has to be exactly same. You should really use only lower case letters in your email address.
And there is no need to use bold red capital letters, the help is on hand, just PM me or Ad Staff if you feel that something not right is happening to you.

Anyway it is all fixed for you now, and you should have now access to private section to meat with rest of the girls.
