yeah, surely the escort would have to be registered for VAT and give out VAT reciepts for services (such as the deepest of throat) provided..

I can see Cartman's point, if you can cliam tax relief on refuse charge, medical expenses, education etc perhaps you could re-claim escort visits as a "carer's allowance". I'd be paying no income tax then.
