Thank you for having it in you to admit your mistake and say sorry. I don't see how you could mix up locking a thread with banning someone but I will leave that go. I wish to ask however how can you possibly know what what I want to do?

The mods can confirm that to date 99.9999% of people I have banned have been spammers as indeed that ratio applies to all mods.
