i love thai food myself..the hottest food on the planet has to be the jungle curry with 4 types of chilli grown in the islands
the weirdest has to be either the jellyfish in china or the half a goats head in africa with everything still inside...
i have some wild venison and partridge comin in on wednesday hopefully ill sell it..
bass is the new cod curvy babe
and the irish will never get away from beef,lamb or chicken i dont think
shame though ostrich and venison have such tender meat and alot less fat

i think ,heather your escargot was over cooked a little if they tasted like that ,they should be a bit more like a tiger prawn in texture if cooked properly
