Default Ireland vs France TV rights

See the FFA want to charge poor old RTE 1.5mill e to televise the Paris fixture an amount that RTE claim that they can afford. So unless Sky Sports snap up the rights we may learn of Irelands World Cup fate on the radio.

    Damn French

If a broadcaster wants to air the game in Ireland it has to be available on Terrestrial TV but if no broadcaster buys it to broadcast it in Ireland then it obviously does not have to be shown on terrestrial TV.

If it comes to it, maybe one of our tech-heads can put a link to a website where can stream it live or something?

So just to be clear, the game next week WILL be on network 2, but the away match won't.
