I say we should just throw in the towel now and save us all the big waste of time. FIFA effectively threw us out of the world cup by seeding us. The bookies are giving Ireland only 25% chance of getting through...

Although a difficult game it can be done, we played the French of the park at hampden don't let them settle on the ball, don't sit back in awe and let them play to there game, keep the crowd pumped up so there keeking themselfes and finally get stuck right intae them

    These are the facts.

    1. The French may have better players but they lack the ability to play as a team.
    2. Domenech has never beaten an Italian manager.
    3. Trapatoni is tactically more astute.
    4. Ireland are playing as a team and we have one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

It's gonna be tight, but we are gonna squeeze past.

Ireland to go through on away goals.

    Sasha,

seeing as you are so confident, how about arranging an appointment with me for the two matches?

but for every minute France are NOT winning, it is free!
for every minute France lead, I will pay €3!

That's a potential €540 for you - and you are confident after all!
Or a potential fantastic 180 minutes FREE for me!

    Well?

    dom

(if this was applied to the two group matches between Ireland v Italy, I would have had to cough up €237 because of the match in Italy!)
