Does anyone remember the sci fi series V from the early 80s. Aliens came to earth and looked just like humans. They started off by been friendly and then kidnapped humans to store on their mothership as food. They ate rats and the heads off birds. Underneath their human skin they were a type of lizard. I used to love it when they peeled the skin off. Well theres a remake of it showing on tv3 tonight at 10. I doubt if it will be as shocking as the original. It never is.

The remake is actually quite good, it aired in America the other day, looking forward to seeing episode 2

God yes. I loved that but could only see bits as the feckin late late was on the other side and only saw it when the ads were on rte 1. yes younglings I said the "other" side as we only had two back then. I'd watch it on tv3 only the reception is piss poor for tv3.

Why do I get the feeling it was not meant to be for me to see it.

I'm looking forward to the remake. It looks good appart from the bad CGI effects. Yikes!!! Never thought the old 80's special effects would still look good today.

I have to say Micheal Ironside as "Ham Tyler". Fucking deadly!!!
