    Default What do you hate about yourself?

    With me its my appetite.I just had something from a takeaway.I had a bottle 7-up, breast in a bun,large chips and curry,chicken kebab,onion rings and mushrooms and im starving still.Its horrible eating a load and not feeling full.I eat what i can during the day and try to space it out enough so i dont get hungry.I literally couldnt afford to feed myself if i ate all i could eat.I burn it all off in no time too.This is one aspect that i hate about me.

    You should eat more fruit, because it is the food of choice for nearly all primates. Our body and senses have no idea what modern food is. That's why we get confused, that's what causes fatness, high blood sugar, nearly everything. But I still get caught sometimes, I like chicken curry and chips. I was so tempted today... but thankfully I passed it up.

    I hate that I have very little testosterone, I wish I had more. I'm taking zinc and selenium to try to boost it. I would like to think that an optimal diet would put your body going the optimal way that nature intended (and trying to make your body do something that it didn't want to do might have poor consequences), however there's little selenium in the soil, the copper in our water can get to excess in our bodies and deplete the zinc... and those are two things that are required for testosterone. Also there is the fact that many of us are irreversibly damaged from previous harmful exposures.

    Doesnt make any difference to me.I dont gain fat,all my readings show up normal and i feel very healthy and fast.Its just food doesnt fill me.I liked the energy drinks because they were stuffed with calories but i found them too much on the head.Fruit can upset my stomach because im prone to acid.

    Do you lift weights?
