while everyone else goes out partying these guys are resting because they have to run the next day.Whole everyone else sits on their arses watching tv these guys are getting or doing whatever is neccessary to improve their game by .0000001 %.While everyone else sits back and watches these guys in awe,these guys watch the other top guys and say why not.While everyone else stops when they get hurt or tired these guys bandage up and keep going.while everyone else stuffs themselves with crisps,drink and other heart friendly foods these guys are eating clean good food.While everyone else wonders when the day will come when they can make a difference these guys see it before it happens.

This is applicable to all top ppl.they put the work in,believe in themselves and take it for granted that they are shit hot.You wont hear them saying anything about genetics or making excuses.

Some people are physically limited because of their genetics. I'm sorry, whether that like it or not, they are, and no amount of training, self belief, dedication etc etc can change that. It's physics, and if you can't see or admit that than don't bother to reply........

there have being lots of cases where ppl have reached the tops of their areas of interest despite have limitations.OJ Simpson had rickets and perminently bowed legs and despite all of that went on to break Jim Browns records in American Football.He broke all of them.
