Sluttiest ? -- as in cock hungry (free sex) women, --- has to be Newcastle U/K, closely followed by
Nottingham (highest female to male ratio city).
If its Sluttiest as in crawling with Escort Ladies you mean, then in my experience Warsaw,Poland
