What's the norm if you see an escort out n about

Just wondering about this. I was in a well known nightclub last week, entertaining some clients when I saw 2 escorts, both of whom I had visited. Made eye contact and sent them over a bottle of champagne, but they did a quick exit. I did not mean to cause any embarrassment so girls if you read this my apologies but what is the norm in this situation, just ignore??

If I saw my dentist or barber, I would ignore unless I had had sex with either, then I'd send champagne or at least I would have prior to this post, now I'll just ignore and make a booking and explain that I did not want to intrude on their night out

If I saw my doctor/dentist/barber outside of their usual places of business then I would smile, say hello, possibly ask how they were doing, and then continue on my way. I wouldn't buy champagne, even though my dentist happens to be really hot. If I ran into an escort I knew outside of her usual place of business then I would smile, say hello, possibly ask how she was doing, and then continue on my way. Assuming, of course, that neither of us was with anyone who might ask awkward questions about how we knew each other.
