Each mod (including community mods, review mod and even competitions czar) arranges with a lady (or gentleman or ex-gentleman, Are you still modding, Ric?) that he will post her name and mobile number to this thread. Grateful community members like myself will then buy the lady phone credit. The escort keeps track and, when the credit reaches her usual fee, invites the mod for a freebie. Or a discount of the appropriate amount, if he decides he can't wait any longer. In either case, he posts a triumphant, and suitably grateful, announcement to the thread, with the name and number of his next target.

Will this really work? I have no idea, but let's give it a try.

What makes you think they do not get paid???
Also what makes you think any member her would go for your idea seen as 1. its not our site so not our place. 2. nobody(i hope) has held a gun to any of there heads and made them become community mods.. 3. finding a girl to do you 4 credit might b insulting to some of the girls.

Not a good idea at all in my opinion if the owner of the site isnt looking after them which i highly doubt they would simply pack it in at some point but i think your confusing them not running around shouting it from the roof with it not happining of course pats giving them something.

There may or may not be a gratuity and some mods may or may not accept it or have not accepted it yet.

Besides which they are working for pat and she makes plenty of money let her dip into her pockets if they aren't getting enough.
