A while back in another thread I posted a "Top 30 Reviewed" table with duplicates and rats removed. This was just a demonstration that such tables are not hard to produce, without any changes to the review system. As a league table, it had at least two defects.
- The data were slightly out of date even then, and are more so now.
- Rats and duplicates were removed, but N/A reviews were not. Thanks to Alyssa for making me aware of this.
As I mentioned later on the same thread, I never use such tables myself, but, without too much effort, I could produce a better table, if anyone actually wants one. So I have a few questions.
1. Do you care? If not then I won't bother.
2. Should duplicates, i.e. multiple reviews of the same escort by the same reviewer, be ignored?
3. Should rats be counted?
4. Should N/A's be counted?
5. Should negative reviews be counted?
6. Should neutral reviews be counted?
7. Should reviews by people with few reviews be counted? If not then how many reviews are needed before the reviews are counted?
8. Does anyone who isn't on it really care about the "Top 30 Reviewers" table?
9. Is 30 a good number for these tables?
