Unfortunately you will always get joker replies, you just have to ignore them and focus on the genuine replies, pity you didn't get many replies as this is something I would like to try but I would imagine it would work best with a lady you have been in contact with and obviously a longer appointment would be ideal!!

i would suggest getting to know a lady first like anon suggests and then on your next meeting suggest something along these lines. At least once you have met the lady you know each other a little better and can have a bit more fun with it. A longer appointment to let this role play out would be the best i'd say.
