With Italy needing just a point to qualify I can see this game being a 0-0 draw.

Italy will play the same way against Ireland as they did at hampden sit back and defend then hope to capatalise on set pieces, my inclination is a very tight match and Ireland will have to refrain from giving silly free kicks away as well as not playing into Italy's get you booked at all costs gameplan.
So I predict 1-2 to Italy with them scoring the winner from a dead ball situation in 90+ mins.
