If police can show them their ad with a rate for sex then they have proof they are escorts.
If it just says ask, then there is no proof they are escorts. They could be giving it for free or for ice cream or for a new pair of designer shoes. By not putting rate, this could be a way some girls are avoiding the proof that police need to kick them out of hotels and apartments. Alot of the girls who have "ask" are also showing their faces without blurring. So to show face and rate and services all on one page, really puts them at risk of getting noticed at hotels, police, ect.

Or as you said, some may do to haggle rate or change with each city. But I think escorts may use it for various reasons.

There is on each ad the list of services offered. This is what I am referring to. When you have a list of servies listed plus a rate amount then.....

If the page doesnt have "services" broken down, this and this and this I offer, and just says "This rate is for my time", then its another story. Because it's paying for time if it says paying for time.
