I'm sure the police will see it that way as well. It's understandable that he's spamming illegal images to multiple persons when you take into account that he felt the owners of this site didn't impliment improvements fast enough and he didn't get on with one of the mods.

It has happened before that landmark cases have been made on E-I, but I don't think this would be a landmark case, many people have been done for offensive images before.
