I would imagine most people get overcome with passion and that wouldn't be a primary concern, if you feel strongly about it, then I would stick to safe sex, if there is such a thing.

I love reverse oral, but dont provide a dental dam and have never been asked for one - i realy dont see how that would protect anyway if there was a problem. But would like to hear guys views on this subject. Carriebbw. xx

I have been with several escorts on whom I have performed reverse oral and have yet to be offered or to have requested a dental dam.If both client and escort do the usual routine hygiene procedures then there shouldnt be a problem.
