The problem as i see it is that currently there is one set of rules for one group of people and another set of rules for everyone else.

The banning of Nicegirls, Bigdaddy and BBJ are examples, slap of the ban hammer particularly nicegirls who got a ban for getting a little overheated. Those 3 are outside the circle and bang the rules are applied
