VIAGRA- Some posters were on the forum asking about it, how to get etc etc.

If you want hard erections and sexual stamina then get yourself into shape, a fit body, with good muscle tone will increase blood circulation in your system- exactly the same effect as Viagra.
Sexual excitement begins in the Brain, via stimuli by visual or physical means, the excitement increases your heart beat- hence more blood circulation in your body - and blood into your penis, that's the bottom line in its simplest form- you done need Viagra (unless you are over 60 or 70).
