    So prostitution in Ireland is now legal at all, is there some new law about that?

    I know the site well, there was illegal before a few months.

    I think you're wrong.

    Paying for an ad isn't publishing it or causing it to be published. E-I is publishing the ad or, by employing a hosting service, causing it to be published. E-I is breaking the law, or it would be if it did any of the above in the State, which is another question.

    Thats not how I read it. It appears to be concerned with the advertising provider, not the escort.

    Once its hosted outside the state its perfectly legal,this really only affects printed form,
    In Dublin being the one we are all aware of that fell foul of the law,it does not affect the
    person that pays for the add EI is hosted from England so no prob and if they clamp down there,plenty of ther places to
    move the operation to
