I do quite regularily and I'm extremely careful with all encounters, paid or not! I'm not worried as such, just interested to see about other peoples experiences in this area. If you noticed lately they don't call it 'Safe Sex' any longer, it's refered to as 'Safer Sex' as there are still risks involved with full condom usage even for oral!
