Don't kid yourself kids the EU is set up for big business to fuck us little people.

VOTE NO

Whether we like it or not, we are part of Europe and when we were on our knees in the 80’s it was EU funding that allowed us to further much needed capital projects. More recently being part of the single currency and a community of 350 million+ people meant we benefitted from a 10 year spell of the lowest interest rates in the history of the state. Unfortunately, the greedy b***ards like developers & bankers f***ed the whole thing up and our non-existing regulators and the politicians sat back and watched them do it.

We are a tiny nation of less than 5 million people and we absolutely cannot produce enough indigenous wealth to sustain our economy. We rely on imports for the goods we can’t manufacture ourselves and we rely more heavily on exports to generate the extra income needed to run this country. Voting No out of ignorance or as revenge against the government is completely irresponsible. No problem voting No if it’s an informed decision.

I read the stuff last time and voted Yes. Will be Voting Yes again this time because economically more than politically we just can’t afford to be isolating ourselves from the bigger picture (IMHO).

This is the type of propaganda that the eurocrats have been feeding us over the years and ManOMan you are just an innocent victim who has fallen into the elephant trap.

True we joined the EU sorry EEC at that time and we were a net beneficiary.

However don't forget that we have been a contributory nation for a ling time (I.e a nation that pays more contributions to the EU than they receive)

Lets get one thing straight here if we vote NO we are still a full member of the EU with np obligation to leave.

We are the only country out of 27 to have a votr on this treaty.

I say to make this fair let all the citizens of the 27 states have a vote.
I would abide by the decision.
