His name is spencer pratt and he's not worht the effort to use capital letters for his name . Wankface extraordinareis just famous for being on the hills on mtv , some hot chicks in it and i went thru a phase last yr of watchin it each week just to see Audrina but that toss pot was in nearly every scene so i lost interest very quick
