Have you ever noticed that...? I think they intentionally employ them to be like that (unlike other companies).
Too bad they record many of the calls....
They seem to be intentionally really friendly though, I want to continue talking to them... maybe if I had a long list of questions... or if I asked for their name in an official way.... they seem so nice, I can't imagine them suddenly getting abrupt...
