Best thing about it is the Finns. They are great craic and have a good attitude to life. I did business there alongside some English companies. The Finns and the Irish did a lot of drinking together and mostly ignored the English. If you head out of town you may end up drinking a lot of vodka in saunas - don't try and keep up with the Finns at vodka!

They have a lot of leggy blondes and bearded guys. I did not find an area of the city with a lot of buzz - there probably is, but I didn't find it. Lots of good lively individual bars and restaurants though. Wrap up well - it can get very cold in the evenings.
